Today is the first official day of summer, and you know what that means- it's National Wear Your Lilly Day!  There are very few things I love more than Lilly Pulitzer, as a matter of fact I'm not sure I love anthing more (I know, I probably need to re-examine my priorities). The bright colors, fun designs, and preppy cuts get me everytime. My mother started my love of Lilly at a young age and I have been smitten ever since! Luckily (or oddly?), I have been pretty much the same size since the 6th grade, so in all these years I have ammased quite a Lilly collection (I think I could clothe the entire Kennedy clan for Easter Sunday). I compulsively pin the new collections and pour over the catalog when it arrives (I may or may not have an illness?). 

Whether you are walking the dog or going to a black tie event (I wore my Lilly pink and orange floral Didi dress to DG's Anchor Ball), Lilly is always appropriate and fun! If you are wearing a Lilly dress at a party and not having fun, well then you are simply not trying!
